What a page counts as, what happens when you reach the limit, how changing plan works, and when money comes back.
What counts as a page?
One page of the PDF as your bank produced it. A twelve-page statement is twelve pages, whether that month had five transactions or five hundred.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Nothing you have already converted goes away and your files stay downloadable. You simply cannot start a new conversion until the allowance resets on your billing date, or until you move up a plan. We never stop a conversion halfway.
Do unused pages roll over?
No. The allowance resets each month on your billing date. If you finish most months with a lot of it unused, the plan below is the cheaper answer and you can move down at any renewal.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, in either direction. An upgrade applies immediately and is charged prorated for the rest of the month; a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. Cancelling stops the next charge and does nothing else — your converted files stay where they are.
Can I get a refund?
A monthly plan can be refunded in full within 7 days of the charge, whether or not you converted anything in that time. A yearly plan cannot — it is already priced at ten months for twelve, and that discount is what committing for the year buys. Try a month first if you are unsure.
Is the password on a locked statement stored?
No. If a PDF is password-protected, the password is used once to open the file for that conversion and is never written to disk.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve, on every plan — the toggle above shows what each works out to per month. You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like.
